Brace Care

The advice you were given by the orthodontist will help you look after your braces. Please listen carefully to the advice when braces are fitted or adjusted and keep any information leaflets you are given.

If you are having problems with your braces please get in touch on 01937 580510 to ask for advice or an emergency appointment. The practice cannot be held responsible for problems arising from failing to follow advice. If you are not near the practice or it is out of working hours some "first aid" is acceptable, for example trimming a sharp end of wire or placing orthodontic wax over an area which rubs, to keep you comfortable until we can see you. Please take a look at these videos if you are unable to attend for an emergency appointment.
