Due to demand we have introduced low cost consultations for all. If you are not sure whether orthodontics is the right solution for you, if you want a brief outline of available treatment or perhaps you need a second opinion, then this option is for you. Many parents are also coming to us to see if their children fit the NHS criteria before going onto a waiting list elsewhere, this can save valuable time if the case is not severe enough for NHS treatment.

The consultation includes an orthodontic assessment and a brief discussion of potential treatment. An additional appointment (plus the balance of the full consultation fee) will be needed before any actual treatment as the offer does not include x-rays, photographs or study models.

Orthodontic Treatments

General dental work may be required before any orthodontic treatment to ensure you are dentally fit. For younger patients we often (but not always) advise waiting until the adult teeth are through before carrying out orthodontic treatment. We are more than happy carry out initial examinations when patients still have a mixture of adult and baby teeth, as sometimes this can help to plan for future orthodontic treatment.
